About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our APS Acquisition team at Wayfair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing business development conversations with suppliers, managing relationships with external partners, and driving a better supplier experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to setup business development conversations with suppliers on Wayfair
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers through various channels to ensure successful setup processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners who provide supplier leads and resources
  • Identify and solve challenges or trends as they arise, ensuring seamless execution of business development conversations
  • Report on progress of the Acquisition team, highlighting successes and learnings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a better supplier experience and influence strategy and planning for the Asia-based Supplier Acquisition team
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant work or internship experience, preferably in an e-commerce organization
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with owners and executives of large companies
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Analytical thinker who can find answers in data
  • Ability to 'hit the ground running' and achieve specific targets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
  • Experience in SQL and advanced Excel capabilities is a plus
