About the Company:

Thales Avionics Division established its presence in Beijing Airport Industrial Zone in 1999, becoming an integral part of Thales' global avionics support and services network. Our facility spans over 1600m2, featuring a repair station and office area, certified by ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, CAAC, and FAA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update and manage receiving and shipment data on the customer portal for all clients.
  • Generate repair quotations and ensure timely uploads to the customer portal for specific products.
  • Monitor quotation acceptance on the customer portal and approve in the internal system for designated products.
  • Upload quotations into relevant portals for various product lines.
  • Support trial phases, team collaboration, and project rollouts.
  • Assist in the development and execution of new processes and workflows.

Performance Analysis:

Conduct time studies of operational processes, delivering reports and statistical insights.

Process Improvement:

Propose enhancements in physical or data workflows and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proactive approach in supporting team members.
  • Competence in office software applications.
