Senior OOH Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Supervisor to join our team in Shanghai. This role will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and developing strategic partnerships with top customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with identified key customers, ensuring smooth execution of all activities across all outlets.
- Meet with key stakeholders in line with the contact strategy, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Develop Joint Business Plans and investment strategies with top customers, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Manage issues and opportunities as they arise, providing timely solutions and support.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop playbooks for each channel, ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Visit individual stores personally to ensure compliance and gain feedback on promotions activities.
- Explore sales opportunities and drive consumption through efficient/innovative management practices.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree or above.A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in out-of-home channels within the FMCG industry.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PPT.Excellent communication and expression skills, with a spirit of entrepreneurship and teamwork.What We Offer:
