Key Account Manager

Job Summary
Unilever seeks a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee our OOH channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, driving sales execution, and developing capabilities in OOH.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in each account to ensure smooth execution of all activities.
- Meet with key stakeholders in line with the contact strategy and develop a Joint Business Plan with top customers based on company goals and budget.
- Manage issues and opportunities as they arise and explore sales opportunities to drive consumption through efficient/innovative management.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to HQ channel leads team and develop talents development plans for OOH.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales management experience, preferably in out of home channels in FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skill and sound Excel and PPT skill.
- High ability of communication and expression, spirit of entrepreneurship and team work.
