**Job Summary**

ZF Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Key Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction and excellence in the Asia Pacific region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement customer quality strategies to meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Manage customer scorecards and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer requirements and drive process improvements.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to anticipate their needs and provide solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in quality management and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to drive customer focus and collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive process improvements.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust and loyalty.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with Geely Volvo and its quality requirements and processes.
