**Job Summary**
ZF Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Key Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction and excellence in the Asia Pacific region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement customer quality strategies to meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Manage customer scorecards and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer requirements and drive process improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to anticipate their needs and provide solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in quality management and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to drive customer focus and collaboration.
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive process improvements.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust and loyalty.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with Geely Volvo and its quality requirements and processes.
