Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Executive at KONE, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to support salespeople in the pre-sales phase, ensuring proactive and efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Centralized lead management and early engagement
- Screening the market for upcoming projects and proactively contacting potential customers for early engagement
- Qualifying leads, booking value discovery meetings, and providing feedback on web lead quality to marketing
- Supporting salespeople in tendering, including KTOC configuration and building tailored value propositions for customers
- Supporting salespeople in keeping sales funnel and CRM data up to date
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be proficient in CRM systems and have a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
