Our team is at the forefront of this transformation, and we're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join us. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Processor:

You'll focus on providing and documenting solutions and root cause analysis for medium complexity customer issues, using a customer-centered approach. This includes collaboration and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.

Contributor to Knowledge Centric Service:

You'll contribute to our knowledge base by creating and sharing knowledge to ensure customer success on the web. This includes creating and improving articles in the knowledge base, as well as acting as a Digital Success Engineer (DSE) to optimize and curate our knowledge base.

Organizational Contributor:

You'll provide support to the organization, including activities such as Innovation Lab, Internal Auditor, and Mentor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of professional experience in a computer Science field or 4+ years of related experience on ALM domain
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player. Strong interpersonal and Korean communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, Java, and databases.
  • Strong Self-Learning Skills: Ability to learn on the fly for different products and modules.
  • Good Communication: Strong interpersonal and Korean communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Korean language is a plus.
