As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our success. You'll work with our global team of nearly 7,000 to create opportunities for growth, learning, and exploration. Your ideas will come to life, and you'll celebrate the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.

Responsibilities:

Case Processor:

You'll provide and document solutions and root cause analysis for medium complexity customer issues, using a customer-centered approach. You'll collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, adhering to quality and security processes and procedures.

Contributor to Knowledge Centric Service:

You'll create and share knowledge to ensure customer success on the web. You may have the opportunity to act as a Digital Success Engineer (DSE), optimizing and curating our knowledge base and driving the adoption of our Knowledge Management practices across the organization.

Organizational Contributor:

You'll provide support to the organization, including activities such as Innovation Lab, Internal Auditor, and Mentor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of professional experience in a computer Science field or 4+ years of related experience on ALM domain
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player. Strong interpersonal and Korean communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, Java, and databases.
  • Strong Self-Learning Skills: Ability to learn on the fly for different products and modules.
  • Good Communication: Strong interpersonal and Korean communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Korean language is a plus
