Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Managing Director's calendars, sending invites, and monitoring all incoming communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, email management, and travel coordination.
- Assist the Managing Director with projects and tasks, including data analysis, report preparation, and presentation development.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director and other team members.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
