Sales Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities
Execution of Sales Strategy
- Be responsible for compressor equipment sales and achieve sales targets in the assigned area through individual effort and dealer networks.
- Approach new customers and distributors in the assigned industry.
Dealer Management
- Manage different size dealers, including diamond dealers, to better achieve sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.
Co-ordination with Marketing, After-Sales, Logistics and Credit Teams
- Interact with the after-sales team to provide good after-sales service to customers.
- Maintain relationships with the logistics team to ensure machine delivery is orderly.
- Communicate with the marketing team to obtain marketing support.
- Be responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
Requirements for Success
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- More than 3 years' experience in machinery sales, with dealer management experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motivation, goal-oriented and energetic.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft skills.
- Willingness to travel.
