We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at dLocal.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for new business growth.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, understanding their needs and collaborating with team members to meet those needs.
- Build and develop strategic partnerships with global merchants, driving long-term growth and success.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope of services offered to clients.
- Maintain a professional network, participate in industry events, and engage in other activities that generate interest from potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team as a regional expert, providing insights and expertise to drive business growth.
- A passion for emerging markets and a willingness to adapt to changing environments.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technology company, with a proven track record of top performance.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development professional.
- Experience in payments or financial systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives and C-level personnel.
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously.
- A team player with effective leadership and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to travel internationally.
Our estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible remote work arrangements, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
