Strategic Sales Representative for Hemodynamic Solutions

With over 50 years of experience, our team has established itself as a leader in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular solutions. As we transition to an independent company, we're seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our products and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and influencers. Key responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for assigned territories, developing and closing new business opportunities, and identifying areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in the medical devices industry. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of progressive sales experience are required. Additionally, knowledge of customer organizations and market environments is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serves as main point of contact within own business unit for assigned territory and/or customer base utilizing full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Buil ds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers, expands network in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
- Develops and closes new business opportunities, and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing annual plan to achieve region objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in in related field
- 5 years years experience of progressive sales experience Required
- medical devices industry experience Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products
- Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own region
- Full knowledge of customer organizations and how market environment impacts customers
- Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strict attention to detail
- Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value
- Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
