National Business Development Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced National Business Development Lead to join our team at Abbott. This is a leadership role responsible for managing offline business development, sales, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and expansion in the national market.
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets, leveraging sampling programs to recruit new users and optimize team performance.
- Team Management: Recruit, coach, and cultivate a high-performing team of business development professionals.
- Client Relationships: Maintain key client relationships and promote Abbott's products through effective marketing strategies.
- Marketing Execution: Plan and implement promotion activities to ensure strategic growth and effective execution of marketing plans.
- Retail Displays: Build and maintain retail displays, adhering to company standards of practice.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to support offline business development and drive overall growth.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business management, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, with foreign company experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in team management, including national diabetic product market experience and relevant resources.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
