About the Role
As a social media specialist, you will work closely with an agency to manage daily content distribution on major Ubisoft owned social media channels. To make sure it fulfills brand communication request from internal stakeholders, and also make sure the creatives and engagements are appealing to Chinese social media audiences.
What you will do:
Communicate internally across departments to collect request, with a good sense of planning of content push across 4 major platforms, WeChat, Weibo, bilibili, Douyin to fulfill requests while maintaining brand tonality& continuously optimizing content pillars. Communicate with agency on daily basis regarding content push based on internal requests, debriefing and quality control over all deliverables based on global alignment and social media guidelines. Engage and support various promotional campaigns regarding social push schedule, hands on from collecting and summarizing relevant assets, platform operations and daily sentiment monitoring. Manage social media performance tracking, data collecting, analyzing and internal tool setting according to cross department request.
Qualifications
What you should be equipped with:
Solid experience in social media operation or relevant role in the field of marketing. Having deep understanding of the ecosystem of 3 platforms WeChat, Weibo, bilibili, familiar with all platform features and on-going trends. Keen in creative content creation and executions, familiar with internet language, heavy user of WeChat, Weibo &bilibili is preferred. Have natural passion and sense in games (all types welcomed, especially Video Games, Ubisoft games), familiarity with game-relevant memes and gags is a must. Good at communication, self-motivated, have a strong ownership of on hand scope of work. Detail oriented, having strong sense in cross checking and quality control. Comfortable working with data, have basic sense and knowledge of how to track and evaluate social media performance.Nice to have:
Knowledge& experience in social CRM and social digital projects is a plus(such as H5s, mini programs) Related gaming industry experience-
