Develop brand strategy and commercial plan
Discover and synthesize deep customer insight and competitive insights. Own HCP strategy including target patient/customer segmentation/brand differentiation. Develop marketing disease state education solution and tactics and own HCP part of customer plan and operational plan. Lead the deliverables of promotional materials such as Detailing Aids, Promotional Slide Decks etc.KOL Engagement
Mapping, Identify and engage thought leaders in targeted therapeutic areas. Drive TL commercial advisory board, to guide brand strategy. Establish and lead key relationships with external KOLs.Launch Execution
Own HCP part of launch readiness, deliver launch readiness review with excellence. Develop launch campaigns with innovative launch solutions. Generate promotional content for product launch campaign.Internal Communication
Deliver training of product knowledge and brand strategy to the sales force. Drive internal business solution planning process (i.e. customer plan and operational Plan) Work closely with medical, market research, OCE, SFE and commercial to ensure launch excellence and commercial success.Desired Characteristics

Bachelor degree and above At least 5 years pharmaceutical marketing experienceAdditional Preferences
