Responsibilities

/Duties

lIn charge of the Business of FPI Infrared products for assigned area/Segment, in collaboration with sales manager, marketing, application team and Channel partners;

lDevelop new customer base and generate new leads through multiple vehicles and marketing events;

lExploit business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets set per segment or product;

lConduct regular client visit and proactively promote products and services with solution selling to customers;

lCreate and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition to potential customers;

lProvide pre-sales technical support, product delivery, application training, installation and debugging for customers.

lEstablish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support, managing & interpreting their requirements and building a strong rapport.

主要职责:

l与销售经理、市场部、技术支持团队和渠道合作,负责指定区域/细分市场的FPI红外产品业务并完成指定销售任务;

l开发新的客户群,通过多种手段及市场活动发掘新的潜在客户;

l不断探索业务机会,完成每个细分市场或产品设定的销售目标;

l定期拜访客户,积极推广产品和服务,向客户提供销售解决方案;

l创造并完成有说服力的方案演示,向潜在客户清楚地传达产品的价值及独特性;

l为客户提供售前技术支持、产品交付、应用培训及安装调试;

l通过良好的服务和支持,建立并保持长期的客户满意度,解读客户需求,建立良好的客户关系。

lBachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience required;

lMajor in science and engineering(electronic /automation/ Mechatronic/Materials), or equivalent prior work experiences with infrared temperature products, Acoustic imager,photoelectric sensor, automation, semiconductor, metallurgy, glass or furnace, is preferred;

lAt least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

lCan work under pressure, and being adapt to frequent business trip;

lAbility to facilitate, manage, and close complex and lengthy sales cycles;

lTenacious, charismatic, competitive, and eager to succeed.

l理工科专业(电子信息/自动化/机械/光学/材料科学等);拥有红外温度产品,声学成像仪,光电传感器从业经验,或自动化,半导体,冶金,热处理,化工,玻璃以及工业炉领域相关经验者优先;

l至少3年以上的相关领域工作经验;

l能够积极面对工作压力,并能适应频繁的出差频率;

l有能力推动并促成较为复杂冗长销售周期的订单完结;

l坚持不懈,有号召力,有好胜心,渴望成功。
