JOB SUMMARY:

This role is accountable for supporting the RCP Commercial organization in various ways to deliver top line sales revenue and profitability. Provides administrative support for the sales & marketing organization to maximize the efficiency of the Commercial team and aids in the delivery of their goals and objectives. Directly manages the Sales relationship with an allotted amount of distribution accounts utilizing historical sales data, sales promotions aimed at stimulating joint end user leads and calendarized communication aimed at widening customers range purchases to grow sales, profitability, and account relationship.

JOB DUTIES:

Directly manages a group of Mid-Tier distribution accounts and through promotional planning, NPD launch, opportunities to take share, plans to leverage customer pricing develops to agreed targets the customers Sales & Margin budgets. Supports the delivery of customer strategies and plans in line with sales and marketing plan Assists in the execution and coordination of promotions, merchandising, forecasts, and annual planning Performs administrative duties/tasks and supports the department regionally and across China Works closely with distribution and our Customers service and Supply chain teams to support S&OP, service and inventory levels in our export region

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree At least 3 years in B2B industry Sales admin or inside sales related role
