BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Improve the response speed of the integration project, consolidate, and strengthen the influence of the segment, and win the market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the pre-sales technical support of the integration project, understand the customer's technical needs together with the sales, design the integration plan, and be able to show the advantages of the program: including the preparation of preliminary application materials for the plan, application communication, Layout and proposal preparation, comparison of competing product plans, Reference visit, technical part of the bidding process data preparation, acceptance experiment and clause design, as well as the after-sales docking of after-sales and application technical support.
Maintain a good relationship with the Reference customers of the integrated system, understand the dynamics of the industry and friends, and guide the application program update: including the small Workshop hosted by us, as well as the arrangement and hosting of small high-end user gatherings.
Organize sales tools such as solutions and cases for key applications such as synthetic biology;
KP sales training: integration program training and pre-sales training of tripartite equipment;
Suggestions for the marketing of the integrated solution based on market feedback.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
Maintain good relationship with Reference customers and pre-sales customers;
Maintain good communication and cooperation with KP sales, product manager, CIT team, after-sales application technical support, and engineers.
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
Master's degree or above in life science related majors, with experience in experimental operation, familiar with molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology and other professional experimental procedures;
Experience in the use/support of automated workstations and integrated systems, able to transform manual experiments into automated processes, and design solutions;
Have good communication and understanding skills, and be able to accurately grasp the application needs of customers; and introduce the advantages of the program to customers;
Have good learning ability, be able to quickly learn new applications and optimize the program;
Be able to quickly collect, understand and introduce the application characteristics of tripartite equipment;
Rich experience in participating in integration projects is preferred.
