This position reports toSales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated EPC oversea market in accordance with company strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities and promote the bidding rate.
You will be mainly accountable for:1. sales performance
Sells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
2. Customer relations
Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.
3. EPC Subindustry Management
Identify and promote new market opportunities in EPC sub-industry, collect market information and industry dynamic information, formulate sub-industry sales strategy,and implement.
4. Administration
Manages administrative procedures in sales process and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
- At least 3 year's sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency and passion, knowledge and experience in electrical equipment sales is preferred.
- Strong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity
- Result driven, Strong interpersonal and communication skills with teamwork spirit.
