Job Title: Account Representative

Amazon (Xiamen) Trade Company Limited - C55 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Sellers business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon export volume and related sellers
  • Respond to and qualify incoming enquiries
  • Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan, including outbound calling against established target lists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue in assigned territory
  • Manage multiple requests concurrently and strategically
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of sales, business development, or project management experience in a logistics environment
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Superior oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, with attention to detail
  • Spoken language from the region is a plus
  • Analytical skills using Excel are a plus
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Native Mandarin speaker
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
