- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue in assigned territory
- Manage multiple requests concurrently and strategically
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Over 5 years of sales, business development, or project management experience in a logistics environment
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, with attention to detail
- Spoken language from the region is a plus
- Analytical skills using Excel are a plus
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
