Responsibilities:

Key Result Areas:

Drive sales growth and customer acquisition in North China, aligning with company objectives.

Deliver exceptional customer service and quality products, meeting customer expectations.

Identify new market opportunities in North China, exploring applications and customers.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to establish annual and long-range objectives.

Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and agents to achieve sales targets.

Ensure compliance with Freudenberg regulations on safety, environmental protection, and occupational health.

Qualifications:

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer, Business Administration from a reputable university.

At least three years of sales experience in specialty chemicals or three years of technical or production experience in the Polyurethane manufacturing environment.

Proven skills in troubleshooting, hands-on engineering experience, and good spoken and written English.

A team builder with a strong work ethic.
