Business

  • Develop and implement training strategies to improve retail business performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with retail operation leaders to drive business results and improve retail KPIs.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail operation leaders and other business partners.
  • Communicate training plans and progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

Training Management

  • Develop and maintain training curriculums and materials to ensure they are relevant and effective.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and best practices to design engaging and interactive training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

People Management

  • Lead and manage a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 6-8 years' experience in training development and delivery, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with apparel retail or fast fashion.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft products.
