About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Executive to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Proactively manage customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed
