CRM Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Executive to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and customer service excellence
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
