CRM Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CRM Executive at Bureau Veritas Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our US KAM/Local Sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Local Sales to promote our E&E consumer product service offerings to North American retailers, suppliers, and manufacturers in Greater China.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to engage with target customers and end-users.
- Work with our Customer Service team to ensure high levels of service performance and technical skills.
- Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- Proactively engage with customers to address their needs and concerns.
- Apply and implement our company's quality system procedures.
Requirements:
- Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate with foreign colleagues and customers.
- Agile and adaptable, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data mining and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:
- College degree or above.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Good knowledge of English.
