About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CRM Executive at Bureau Veritas Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our US KAM/Local Sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Local Sales to promote our E&E consumer product service offerings to North American retailers, suppliers, and manufacturers in Greater China.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to engage with target customers and end-users.
  • Work with our Customer Service team to ensure high levels of service performance and technical skills.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Proactively engage with customers to address their needs and concerns.
  • Apply and implement our company's quality system procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate with foreign colleagues and customers.
  • Agile and adaptable, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data mining and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

  • College degree or above.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Good knowledge of English.
