ExxonMobil in China

ExxonMobil has a rich history in China, beginning in 1892 when its predecessor, Standard Oil, started distributing kerosene for lighting homes. Today, our operations in China encompass a comprehensive range of activities across the industry, from upstream to downstream, including chemicals and technology.

Lubricants

We also offer a variety of automotive, commercial, and industrial lubricants in China under the Mobil brand. Our state-of-the-art lubricant manufacturing facilities are strategically located, with expansions completed in recent years.

In collaboration with key partners, we have established a joint venture aimed at creating an integrated car care network that enhances the Mobil brand experience, ensuring high-quality, digitally-enabled maintenance services for consumers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Execute the local sales strategy to achieve annual performance and marketing objectives.
  • Support and mentor distributors to ensure a consistent Mobil brand experience across various consumer interactions and implement defined marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques and consistently follow the Sales Pipeline process, including regular assessments and follow-ups.
Your Profile
  • A degree in technology or engineering is required, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of creating business value and competing effectively in the marketplace.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in managing channel and commercial relationships.
