Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new insurance products, including business requirement gathering, product feasibility analysis, pricing calculations, and regulatory reporting.
  • Conduct product experience analysis and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of product updates and iterations.
  • Audit and review special quotes for group insurance and online sales products, and complete regular monitoring and registration.
  • Support various regulatory reporting and platform information management tasks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Insurance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product pricing, development, and evaluation in the life insurance industry.
  • Passing of at least 5 North American Actuarial Council (NAIC) exams or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA, PowerPoint, and other statistical analysis software or office software, with a preference for AXIS.
  • Strong communication skills, with English as the primary working language.
