Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at Abbott. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices across multiple channels in a designated territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to stay up-to-date on product launches and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Degree in a related field, such as life sciences or business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
