Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Chinese High Power Charging market.
  • Foster strong relationships with key account executives to understand and solve customer business problems using HUBER+SUHNER based solutions and services.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the HPC sales team.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing HPC clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to secure revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure relevance of HUBER+SUHNER offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electric / Electronic engineering major.
  • Fluent in English / Chinese in spoken, written, and reading.
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills, with a network in the China HPC industry.
  • Cross-organizational collaboration and external customer/partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in executing sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Managing and developing account relationships.
