Job Summary

As a key member of our Infineon Technologies team, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leadership Position to drive revenue growth and market share. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve business targets, identifying high-growth projects, and acquiring necessary resources to maximize design wins.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve team and individual business targets, drive revenue growth, and gain market share.
  2. Identify high-growth projects and acquire necessary resources to maximize design wins, including the involvement of relevant HQ departments.
  3. Monitor sales and demand creation activities and provide timely sales reporting.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, application engineers, system engineers, and management to achieve defined targets.
  5. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements
  1. Minimum bachelor's degree.
  2. At least 5 years of work experience related to sales is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with MNC internal working processes and timely written reporting.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills for business propositions.
  5. Ability to work under pressure from both internal and external sources.
  6. Ability to articulate business proposals along with technical details across all levels of hierarchy.
  7. Fluent written and oral English for business.
