Strategic E-Commerce Partnership Development Specialist

Job Overview
The LEGO Group is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Partnership Development Specialist to further develop and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with our retail clients. This role will focus on identifying and winning new commercial opportunities, driving value for both the LEGO Company and our partners.
Responsibilities:- Channel Management: Responsible for planning and managing full year sales plans across various channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key contact point between the platform and company teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain balanced, mutually beneficial relationships with clients through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.
- Campaign Activation: Activate marketing campaigns across multiple EC platforms based on shared annual marketing calendars.
- New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities with a focus on digital strategies and support from functional experts in channel marketing and performance marketing.
- Expense Management: Manage expenses, including planning, application, tracking, and communication with clients.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ensure daily communication and collaboration with various functions to drive business success.
- Routine Coordination: Coordinate with team members to manage daily routines, including order management, product demand, and expense claims.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred).
- Industry Experience: 6-10 years+ experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, data-driven mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and expertise in driving online operation KPIs.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with online retail markets and ability to break down sales targets into detailed build-blocks like traffic, portfolio, and campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Working experience in big online platforms (e.g., Alibaba) is a plus.
- Customer Management: Experience in distributor management or multi-client management is advantageous.
