Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Sales Team within our Commercial division. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales for the APAC region.

The primary responsibility of this position is to drive significant annual sales growth for our plastic products, which are part of our pharmaceutical systems division tailored for the APAC market. The ideal candidate will focus on business expansion and establishing a robust sales pipeline in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic sectors, collaborating effectively with the existing sales team of the Pharmaceutical System Division.

Key Qualifications

Essential Criteria for Application:

Education: A Bachelor of Science degree is essential, ideally in a technical discipline. Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian is required. Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of proven direct sales experience with technical products in a B2B context, including project-based technical sales. Experience within the pharmaceutical and diagnostic sectors is essential. Strong business development capabilities are also required. IT Proficiency: Competence in utilizing computer-aided selling tools, including all MS Office applications, contact/project management databases (CRM), ERP systems (such as SAP), web-based applications, and various data analysis tools.

A collaborative team player with the ability to lead proactively. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and organizational abilities, demonstrated by the capacity to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
