Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive at 3M, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. This role is intended for individuals experienced in sales and who have demonstrated effective use of selling skills and have consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance.
  • Request or receive assistance in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and negotiate agreements to drive business growth.
  • Utilize project management skills to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry market trends and developments.

Requirements:
  • KA management skill (end customer spec in sales experience) & project management capability;
  • Distributor management and negotiation skill;
  • Quick self-learner Strong ownership and execution;
  • Good teamwork spirit;
  • Professional interpersonal communication skill with cross functions;
  • Business trip acceptable Industry market working experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive background is preferred.
