Territory Sales Representative III

As a Hardware Sales Representative at Oracle, you will be part of an account team responsible for identifying, qualifying, and delivering Hardware products and solutions. Your goal will be to drive goal attainment in your assigned territory by developing and executing account plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the sales team to support account sales and business development strategies.
- Identifying and engaging with the right partners to meet customer specifications.
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers.
- Driving Oracle's strategy into assigned accounts.
- Ensuring the company's sales programs are known and completed in your territory.
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-centric individual with:
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Hunting experience, with a strong preference for continuous search for new customers in a programmatic manner.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities to closure.
- Ability to nurture customer relationships, understand their unique business realities, and develop strategies to enhance Oracle's share of the market.
- High-level communication skills, both written and oral, with excellent presentation skills.
- Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Customer focus and ability to build relationships.
- Consultative selling experience, able to position solutions at an executive level.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
