Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a local HR partner to business leaders, embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice.
  • Support the Company HR manager in continuously improving and developing a positive and cooperative working environment and effective organization.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by effectively managing performance management systems and improving the quality of performance management processes.
  • Build up a talent pipeline through systematic talent identification, assessment, development, and retention, and develop key position holders and key talents with the support of business managers.
  • Be involved in manpower planning and monitor effective recruitment to attract good talents of all levels to fulfill manpower needs.
  • Provide support for employee relation issues, take proactive initiatives to avoid labor employment risks and employee relation issues.
  • Interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and controls throughout the company.
  • Live the Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Your Background

  • A bachelor's degree and above in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • More than 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
  • Capable of influencing plant/business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization.
