Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and educate teams on preventive measures to achieve our safety objectives

Develop and execute commercial plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement

  • Manage current business and development workload in China, including customer calls, trials, weekly and monthly updates, sampling, and order follow-up
  • Drive business development and promotion in the China market for animal welfare, agriculture, and chemical specialties, focusing on new products such as diatomite earth, perlite, and bentonite
  • Provide technical support and drive new product or business development in the country, accounting for 20% of total workload
  • Coordinate with customer service, finance, and operation departments, as well as other Business Analysts in the Imerys Group, for all business and marketing activities in the animal welfare, agriculture, and chemical specialties segment
  • Collect market information, national policies, and competitor analysis, and communicate with supervisors and other management teams
  • Support and coordinate market-related conferences, seminars, and shows as a marketing role in China
  • Prepare required reports, technical documents, and other paperwork, and utilize CRM and sales force tools in daily work
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
Job Specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of working experience in industry territory with a strong chemical technology and working experience-related background
  • Animal welfare, agriculture, or chemical specialties sales or marketing background is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with integrity
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese language skills
  • Independent with strong troubleshooting skills and self-starter
  • Able to deliver results with efficient sales processes
  • Willing to take frequent business travel and be able to well-organize business travel plans with efficient costs
