OIA Global is seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipments with ocean carriers and overseas agents
  • Manage booking and freight pick up, custom clearance, and warehouse loading
  • Provide accurate and timely information to local clients and vendors
  • Key in shipment information into the CW system and update milestones
  • Provide excellent customer service and deliver effective solutions
  • Submit accurate SI/AMS/ACI/ISF information via email or CW system
  • Research and resolve operational problems immediately
  • Prepare and issue bills of lading and shipping documents
  • Assure timely revenue billing, cost booking, and PS chasing
  • Confirm on board with shipping lines and track shipments
  • Distribute pre-alerts and required documents to appropriate parties
  • Prepare all relevant documents and close files on time

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
