About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate individual to lead our education and brand development initiatives in China. As the Head of Education and Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase the availability, visibility, and activation of our wines in the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute education strategies to promote our wines and enhance brand visibility across key markets.
  • Lead a team of in-house professionals to develop and implement comprehensive education programs, including online and offline initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate external talents to serve as brand ambassadors and promote our wines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand ambassador strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand ambassador activities with overall brand strategy and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • WSET Level 3 and/or above and equivalent.
  • Minimum 10-year-experience in Education/Marketing in wine/spirit's field, with strong expertise and professionalism.
  • Knowledge and passion for wine, including Australian, French, US, and Chinese wines and Champagne.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and build lasting relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing plans to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events, meetings, and industry engagements.
