Territory Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Representative to join our team at nVent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business in East China, including Nanjing and Hefei.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical solutions industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong technical understanding of electrical solutions and ability to communicate complex technical information to customers
