About This Role
As a Client Engagement Specialist at NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective account plans to engage retailer clients and drive business growth. Your strong analytical skills and ability to understand client needs will enable you to provide integrated solutions and insights that achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manager in ensuring effective account planning and communication with responsible retailers and internal teams.
- Engage with retailers to achieve set business objectives and performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and insightful client business profiles for senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel.
- Drive client satisfaction through insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage project processes and ensure qualified delivery.
- Meet business targets through data generation and revenue management.
- Identify and recommend enhanced services to meet client needs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in research, sales, or marketing experience.
- Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Effective writing and presentation skills.
