Salary: RMB 800,000 - 1,200,000 per annum
As a Customer Growth Manager - Retail Banking, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our retail banking business in China. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve pre-set business targets and grow business for the Sub-branch on all RBWM products/services and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve pre-set business targets and grow business for the Sub-branch on all RBWM products/services and customer acquisition;
- Ensure the delivery of excellent services to customers;
- Manage the performance and development of staff;
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in retail banking or sales management with at least 5 years' experience in managing subordinates;
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity;
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software;
