Electronics Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, planning strategy, and developing key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling. They will maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts, ensuring customer satisfaction in supply chain management and other value-added services. This role requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment, as well as an extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.
  2. Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
  3. Create demand for Arrow products and services, working with engineers and designers to specify, select, and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
  4. Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
  5. Establish and build relationships with key suppliers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will typically require a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
