About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead our ultra-premium niche fragrance brand in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market understanding and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure all marketing activities are executed according to strategy and meet operational excellence.
  • Develop localized marketing calendars based on global innovation plans and local key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maximize the impact of product launches through all related dimensions of communication, such as advertising, merchandising, PR, CRM, in-store activities, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional activities with support from retail marketing on KPIs (new recruit & sellout).
Requirements
  • 5-6+ years' experience in Marketing, native niche fragrance & ultra-premium luxury collection will be a credit.
  • Project Management: Ability to inspire and lead team, hold them accountable to deliver project deliverables.
  • Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources. Fluent Mandarin & English capability.
  • Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
