Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead our Cross-Border Ecommerce marketing campaign strategy and calendar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving total e-Commerce business results through innovative marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

60% - Develop and execute CBEC full portfolio campaign strategy and calendar in collaboration with sales team.

30% - Work closely with distributor and platform marketing counterparts to deliver sales targets, track campaign results, and optimize ROI.

10% - Collaborate with regional and affiliate marketing teams to apply the latest strategies to CBEC execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently lead campaigns for CBEC all portfolio, including infant milk, kids' nutrition, and adult nutrition. Coordinate with sales team to plan full-year marketing campaign strategy and calendar across main touchpoints to drive business-related ROI metrics.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the online/e-commerce channel. Maintain close contact and good relationships with marketing key counterparts at B2C platforms to understand their latest strategies and tactics.

Create and edit ROI-focused marketing campaigns based on business needs. Control and manage campaign quality to ensure clear and attractive communications on products; monitor and analyze content performance based on goals and matrices of impression, view, engage, conversion, new member, new user, etc.

Supervise and track the execution and KPIs of marketing activities, dispatch learning to continuously enhance. Work closely with affiliates' local country marketing team and regional marketing team to ensure adapting the latest strategy and share back the CBEC latest progress and result.

Continuously optimize and test new campaign approaches based on historical learnings, new market and consumer trends, and data-driven experimentation.

Requirements:

  • Industry experiences: Great marketing sense and deep understanding of e-commerce/digital marketing campaigns; proven capability in independently leading campaigns and delivering results; working experience on how to measure ROI-focused campaigns and optimize accordingly.
  • Position experiences: At least 5 years of working experience in EC marketing or digital marketing. With brand marketing background preferred.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication in Mandarin and English is a must.
  • Computer Skills: Familiar with office software.
  • Mobility: Able to travel based on business requests.
  • Certificate Required: No specific requirement.
  • Other Special requirement: The general mindset needed for this position are: work independently and creatively, strong entrepreneurship and ownership, result-driven, accountability, learning agility, and teamwork.
