We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at AVIAREPS. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting function and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting function and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage the monthly financial close process, including reviewing journal entries and account balance reconciliations
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsels to ensure successful audit results and compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong knowledge of Chinese accounting standards, tax knowledge, and foreign currency regulations
- Accounting software/SAP system skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong research ability, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
