Sales Account Management Professional

**Job Summary**
This role is designed to drive business growth and development, identifying new business opportunities and managing sales activities in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting sales targets, organizing and executing sales plans and goals
- Developing a business growth plan for the assigned region, including sales strategies and tactics
- Managing sales budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and controlling costs
- Monitoring and supervising sales activities, including sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to management
- Leading and developing a team of sales professionals, including training and coaching
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Strong business acumen, including sales strategy, marketing, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
