Job Summary:

Cepheid is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities by effectively developing, managing, and supporting end customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across the Cepheid product portfolio for key accounts in hospitals.
  • Manage tender processes and submissions in key accounts and coordinate with Cepheid, customers, and distributors.
  • Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) for Cepheid products through proactive communication, regular sales visits, and marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends in the territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably in clinical medicine, laboratory medicine, or a related major.
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience in the medical device or IVD industry.
  • Excellent understanding of hospital customer purchasing processes and good knowledge of the infectious disease and/or oncology diagnostic market.
  • Strong professional selling skills, trackable record of meeting sales targets, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel extensively (50% of working time) to see customers, distributors, and attend company meetings.
