About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-create the Customer Experience Program for the Meeting Place, enhancing the customer journey for each customer group.
  • Secure efficient communication with customers, leveraging your expertise in customer experience and knowledge of local markets.
  • Propose and execute localization of the Meeting Place in all touch points, commercial offer, partners design concepts, and formats.
  • Create and manage customized events and marketing activities with our Partners, Communities, and IKEA.
  • Actively work on customer experience improvement, increasing IKEA presence in the Meeting Place and developing a common commercial calendar with IKEA.
  • Cooperate with Accelerator Hub and external partners to identify and implement innovation projects or initiatives in the Meeting Place.
  • Regularly monitor customers' interaction with the MP, collecting and using Customer Voice to engage, explain, and talk to customers day-to-day.
