A Day in the Life
As a Key Account Manager at RDN Capital, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and build long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals, to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on customer and competitor activities, and implement market development plans/strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and expert-level knowledge of company products and services.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
Strong understanding of the medical device industry and Medtronic's products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
