Avient Corporation, a world-class sustainable organization, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with expertise in strategic selling disciplines, cold calling, and commercial skills. They will be responsible for developing account development plans, networking resources, and delivering planned results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and project facilitators
  • Prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing sales plans, budgets, and expense budgets
  • Negotiating customer contracts and value packages to ensure an acceptable return on Avient's resources invested

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with excellent personal skills, including self-confidence, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and time/priority management. They will also possess software skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as SAP Business Warehouse.

A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
